Style – jewellery making

When my parents came up recently I got my mum to bring me her jewellery making tools. I had bought a few charms and wanted to put them onto jewellery to make some new necklaces.

The first one I picked up at a vintage fair in Wiltshire for only £1! I loved it, it’s like a little Moroccan carousel.

The second is a hand painted ceramic bead I picked up from this little treasure trove of a shop in Rome. It had so many beautiful things all around and the man who owned it was so sweet! You can get a snapshot of how much was in the shop by seeing their website here.

I loved making these two necklaces, however simple, and am looking forward to making more!
