  • The key is to make it work for you!
  • Your content calendar should feature:
    • Launches
    • Social media platforms you are on
    • Blogs
    • Key dates
    • Events

 

What to do when your energy is low and you don’t feel like showing up
  • If you have pre-planned ahead you will have content written
  • Use your content calendar but leave space for spontaneity and responding to what’s working well
  • Change your mindset by doing what works for you. Is this:
    • Moving your body
    • Music
    • Journalling
    • Walk
    • Chatting to friends
    • Knitting
  • Document your day as an easy way to create content
