    • Things will change during the Christmas season so having backup plans will be key to staying on top of the changes and as stress-free as possible. Consider:
      • Preparing product stock in advance.
      • Do a weekly stock take.
      • Weekly check on packaging so you can order from suppliers.
      • Find additional packaging suppliers to order from in case your main one can not deliver.
      • Check your website for any glitches.
