Work with meMy background
In 2006 I graduated with a BA Hons in Surface Pattern Design at Staffordshire University and swiftly moved into a Visual Merchandising role. Fast forward two years and I swapped bricks and mortar retail for the world of e-commerce and joined notonthehightstreet.com when the business was brimming with big ambition and just a start-up with a team of 18.
I went on to spend over 7 years of my career with the NOTHS team working across everything from driving new accounts to leading trends and product development – all whilst the company grew to a multi-million-pound business.
I later moved to Tilly & Buttons managing all things sales and communications and whilst I loved my new role, I couldn’t stop thinking about launching my own business. So in 2017, I made the decision to chase my dreams and my business became a reality. Fun fact – my previous brand name was Arnold & Bird!
Outside of retail
When I’m not working with my lovely clients, you’ll most likely find me:
- Dancing salsa
- Practising yoga (I trained as a yoga teacher in 2020)
- Baking brownies (my favourite treat)
- Sitting down and listening to a podcast – I love true crime!
Wondering where the name The Creative Flow Collective comes from? I picked this name to show my passion for retail, strategy and mindset in my work.
