The 7 goals I DID achieve in 2023! 🎉 So yesterday I shared what didn’t go to plan.

And today is all about what did go well in 2023. Read all about the wins in business and life below 👇

💫 Hosted 3 sell-out rounds of The Group Support Network mentoring programme.

I love this programme so I am planning on running it again three times this year.

💫 Posted consistently on Instagram and my newsletter in Q4.

I used Notion to plan my content and get more consistent and reliable towards the end of the year. Theming content by week really helped me to plan ahead and post.

💫 Had more clients come to me from past blog posts

SEO is working! Which is brilliant to see.

💫 Hosted the Christmas prep workshop

Love hosting workshops for Christmas, and getting everyone to review the year below plan ahead and create Christmas trends was a highlight.

💫 Led the free Q2 sales success strategy training

Love doing free trainings and getting you involved to take action. Think I will have to bring this back for 2024!

💫 Hitting my minimum monthly sales target each month (just!)

I missed out on my full target, but there is a minimum I aim for each month and I am glad I achieve this.

💫 Spending a full day each week with mum

I now work a 4 day week and this continued in 2023.

💛 And some personal goals as life is all about balance:

💫 Updated my kitchen with new tiles and layout 👩‍🍳 New flooring coming this year!

💫 Got Lani! The little floof is a cutie and I am glad I committed to having a pet. She must love me as she always lets me dance around with her 🐱😂

💫 I feel my salsa dancing improved and I even helped out the teacher to demo the followers footsteps. Which helped me appreciate the technique more 💃

5 goals I did NOT achieve in 2023 👀 Fancy a nosy at what wrong in 2023 for me?

Well I am keeping it real on this reel 😂 to show you that things don’t always go to plan. So here are the things I ‘failed’ at in 2023:

🙅‍♀️ Canceled three scheduled workshops & programs after starting promotion

Workshops could be SOOO much bigger for me. And I need to get clearer (more on that in a bit) so I commit and go through with it! So less launching and then pulling out of my plans.

🙅‍♀️ Falling short of my better sales goal for 2023

I know that 1:1 and group retail mentoring is my main thing. Because I love to work with people collaboratively and support them. At times I let the promotion for this slide.

🙅‍♀️ Failed to initiate my first funnel

This has been a goal for ages and I have created it this month so feel happy to finally created my first freebie + funnel. It’s made it less scary so I know I can replicate and repeat now. As often starting is the scariest thing isn’t it?

🙅‍♀️ My newsletter numbers saw a decline in 2023

Need to track growth on the mailing list and Instagram to know where I am at and how I can improve this. More focus and strategy needed for sure.

🙅‍♀️ Lacking clarity and focus resulted in occasional absence on my part

I didn’t always have a clear sales target for each month and I second guessed myself a lot and changed course. From clarity comes certainty which is what I am focusing on for 2024.

So my plans for 2024 will focus on 1:1 and group mentoring as I love working with you guys.

And seeing how I can translate to workshops and courses. But I have ideas! From workshops with 1-2 key takeaways so what you will walk away with is super clear.

Today I hosted a Future Self-Visualisation & Plan

Today I hosted a Future Self-Visualisation
& Planning workshop for @thesmallbusinessclubuk 💫 and it was epic because we…

1️⃣ Completed a future self visualisation. Where I guided everyone through to meet their future self and see what they had to share with them on how they want to feel and what to do to get to their highest self.

2️⃣ Reviewed 2023 as you can’t make plans for 2024 if you don’t know what’s worked for you! This way you can see what is the one big thing that brings in money for your business and also what can be improved upon for this year.

3️⃣ Planned for 2024 by looking ahead for the new year, your intentions and how you want to feel. As yes we can set goals but you need to ensure they are overwhelming or not work in the time you have. So being more specific and not setting too many means you take action and move forward.

An appreciation for the friends who support, help

An appreciation for the friends who support, help and guide us all through this journey 💛

Friends are the family we choose. And they’re so special. Sharing your appreciation for them is so important.

As I don’t know what I would do without my friends. They do make me stronger, smarter, braver and help me course correct.

I saved this audio last week and after devastating news at the weekend I didn’t know how relevant it would be.

We have to remember how much everyone is loved and cared for. That if anyone ever needs help to reach out and ask. And people will rally around 💛

As our friends and family are the most important thing in our lives xxx
