On Friday I went to the Ritz for my first afternoon tea!
We were celebrating one of my best friends birthday, Gemma from Milly’s Cottage.
To mark this extra special occasion I created a birthday/party in a box!
I filled the box with paper strips to create streamers as well as punched hearts and stars. I then added a little balloon and scattered sweets around as well.
Of course no birthday box would be complete without presents! I bought Gemma a personalised spoon and a bracelet with the word Believe stamped on.
As you can also see the Ritz was beautiful and the afternoon was scrumptious and very filling!
I hope you had a wonderful birthday Gemma!

I had such a lovely day, thank you Jo. Everyone loved your party box and you definably inspired us all. I’m please I have several months before it is your birthday to think up something as much fun as you did for me.
Jo didn’t say but she also made me two mini versions of her amazing layer cakes. Both were My Little Pony colours, ideal for a child of the 80’s :)!
The vintage cameras you gave me this year were AMAZING! Glad you had a great 30th, was such a lovely day 🙂 x
