This website is operated by Creative Flow Collective. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Creative Flow Collective. Creative Flow Collective offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 


Retail Mentoring Terms of Business

Liability
The Client understands that any advice, guidance or insight provided is not a guarantee of increased sales or productivity. Joanne Griffin will not accept any liability in any circumstance for any action taken or products developed on the basis of the product development advice given.

 

Joanne Griffin will not in any circumstances be liable for any costs, expenditure, work or effort incurred by the client carrying out enquiries in relation to, proceeding with, or acting on the information provided.

Intellectual property
All images included are for inspirational purposes and are not to be copied or used to infringe any copyright or IP laws.

Mentor relationship
The services to be provided by The Creative Flow Collective to the client is retail mentoring and designed jointly with the client. Mentoring, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific business successes, design, or general conditions in the client’s life or business.

Throughout the working relationship, The Creative Flow Collective will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on The Creative Flow Collective to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests that they believe will be beneficial to the client and their business. The client understands that the nature of the relationship is one of support and guidance, rather than a consulting relationship. The client understands that in order to be successful and to gain value from the mentoring relationship it is down to them to do set exercises and participate wholeheartedly in sessions.

Professional mentoring is distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems.

 

Fees & Booking

The charges for the Services are as set out in the email correspondence between us or invoice. Without prejudice to any other right or remedy, if you fail to pay the invoice on the due date, we
may:

  • charge interest on the sum due from the due date for payment at the annual rate of 4% above the base lending rate from time to time of Santander, accruing on a daily basis and being compounded quarterly until payment is made (whether before or after any court judgment) and you shall pay the interest immediately on our demand; and
  • suspend all Services until payment has been made in full.

 

Confidential information
We acknowledge that we will have access to confidential information about your business, your suppliers and your customers in the course of providing the Services. We shall not use or disclose to any third party any such confidential information, except where we need to in order to properly perform the Services.

Both parties agree to maintain complete confidentiality about information shared during the bespoke graphic design process and to keep this solely within their businesses.

Insight, information and ideas may only be shared outside each parties business with express permission in writing from both parties. For the avoidance of doubt this shall continue to apply after termination of this bespoke graphic design agreement.

You will keep strictly confidential all information about our business, our suppliers and our
customers.

These restrictions do not apply to:

  • any use or disclosure required by law;
  • any disclosure authorised by the party who owns the confidential information; or
  • any information which is already public knowledge (otherwise than through unauthorised disclosure by the party to whom the information does not relate).
  • All property of whatsoever nature that we supply to you (including any presentations, drawings, specifications and data) shall, at all times, remain our exclusive property, but you agree to keep them safe and good condition until you return them to us, and you agree not to dispose of such property or use it other than in accordance with our written instructions or authorisation.
