A new product has launched on Arnold & Bird and it’s a personalised colour in family portrait! Create a keepsake with this line drawing of your little one or family that your child can colour in. This bespoke portrait will create a meaningful memento that your child has added to and you can treasure and display.

You’ll receive two prints and you choose how you use them. Either one for your child to colour in, one for the parents to colour in, a practise run or one to keep as it is! Order extra prints of the same colour in family portrait as a gift for grandparents, or if you want a few extra attempts at colouring.

Choose to add a different personalised message to the bottom of each print that references who has coloured the print in or where the original photo was taken.

Ideal for children from one year old, or as soon as they can colour in. The age your child is will result in different colouring in results. Children around two years old can recognise family members in the portrait which can engage them in the activity further!

The line drawings I create are with a loose drawing style. And the prints are ideal for use with pencils, crayons or poster paints. Although the paper is not suitable for watercolour paint as the paper rubs away if it gets too wet (so not ideal for little ones). Choose from A5 sized prints or A4 for a larger keepsake.

I’ve dreamed of this product for so many years so I’m ecstatic to have brought it to life and launched this colour in family portrait. I’ve been sending out samples to family and friends and loved hearing the feedback and delight brought from the prints so far. You can see some of the children loving colouring in their portraits in this post – aren’t they the cutest!

I hope you’ll love it too, and do let me know which family photo would you choose to have drawn?
