Why journaling helps
Jouraling helps us reflect and rewire our brains. It can be a free flow way of moving out concepts, beliefs and patterns in subconscious mind. Especially is a regular practice
You can create change and gain insight on what’s holding you back with journaling.
With a regular practise you can learn what is Holding back, limiting you, what you want to create change in life or clarity.
- You have the power to unlock this!
Journaling means you can just write whatever is on mind and can release what you didn’t even know was on your mind. Find things that are hidden so can be shifted and changed.
Small changes add up and don’t see them when up close. Which means it can impact happiness, wellbeing and perception and what focus on in life.
So you can create strategies to move forward.
How to journal & different types of journaling
Journalling is very flexible, you can complete this at the beginning or end of the da. Every day, once a week or just when you need it.
Gratitude journal
- A very simple practice that is easily done.
- Write 1-3 things every day that you are grateful for. So you really focus on things you are really grateful for.
- Remember what you appreciate, appreciates.
Brain dump/Morning pages
- This type of jounaling helps to clear your mind before the day starts, get any worries out and get clarity.
- It is a daily practise.
Long form journaling
- Use this form of journaling when you need it. Think about what needs more attention in your life?
- Does something keep coming up in smaller daily pages?
- Expand on this for long form journaling.
- An ideal way to start is to begin with a prompt.
- Set aside more time for this type of journaling and create the space for it.
- Set a page or time limit of this feels good for you.
Scripting
- Scripting is a manifestation exercise alternative to visualisation that’s ideal for folks who just can’t seem to engage our mind’s eye.
- It’s a component of the Law of Attraction that entails writing (literally, scripting) out the life you want, as if it already in the works, using the present tense.
- Scripting starter points include:
- Wow! It happened…
- I had such a good day today because…
